Therapy provides you with a chance to heal the pain in your life and the pain in your relationships. Even if the pain seems insurmountable, like from an affair, there still remains a real chance of making things better. We can't be sure of the length of that journey but it is a trip we will take one step at a time. I try to make this a safe place for accomplishing the healing process and it is a process we will accomplish together.

At some point in our lives, we may face challenges, overwhelming decisions to make or we just need an impartial person to help us process our experiences. These are just a few reasons why people seek therapy and I provide a supportive, non-judgmental and encouraging approach to helping others become better versions of themselves. I encourage my clients to be active participants in therapy and be open to engaging in the process of change. My approach is eclectic but primarily humanistic meaning my aim is to help you develop a stronger and healthier sense of self and personal responsibility.
